Client # 2 - Design improvements
This client, in Northchurch wishes to have a more cottage garden feel - as well as some flowing water. The garden is in great condition already - but a couple of areas can be improved.
Another visit will be required to measure the garden and sketch the existing layout.
Heres some pictures of the existing garden

Client # 1 - Border Laying and fixing
A client from Tring - required some plastic border guards between a flower bed and a gravelled area.
4 edges to a square area needed deepening and re-laying.
Also the total edge of the front garden needed a border guard dug in and fixed.

The back garden - very and peaceful 'zen' like quality with interesting rocks and stone stream flowing down the garden. Nice bamboo effect around the garden too |
The before shot - edging to be done |
Border edges sitting high |
Border sunk into the bed with a small lip to avoid the gravel going into the bed |
Left hand border - string to ensure it is straight and edge spade to allow enough room for the border |
The finished job - borders in place |

Granville project - Raised beds
Good progress on the purple sprouting broccoli, radishes and leeks.
Peas are almost over, and plenty of spuds to dig up.
Sweet corn in bed 5 is starting to get flowered
